Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.

Maximum room occupancy must not be exceeded.

Children below 6 years stay free with existing bedding.

Extra beds can be arranged for an additional charge and are subject to availability.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. A designated smoking area is available.

Consumption of alcohol is permitted inside guest rooms only, and excessive noise or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.

Pets are not allowed on hotel premises.

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors.

Management is not responsible for loss of valuables not secured in the in-room safe or front desk locker.

Guest information is kept confidential and used solely for operational, legal, and promotional purposes as per applicable data protection laws.

Cute Orange Hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai courts only.
